    4/15/2012 6:05:17 PM
  • 47 min: GOAL! for Chelsea.
    4/15/2012 6:07:23 PM
  • 50 min: Confusion here at Wembley. A corner comes in and is pushed up high by Cudicini. There's a real scramble with various players lying on the line. A shot comes in and hits all the players on the line and then a goal is given. It's awarded to Juan Mata. Replays show the ball was nowhere near over the line. Controversial.
    4/15/2012 6:09:38 PM
  • 52 min: Chelsea coming again. How on earth was that goal given? No part of the ball was over the line.
    4/15/2012 6:10:51 PM
  • 54 min: Referee Martin Atkinson has a lot of explaining to do after this one. Chelsea's attack breaks down following a poor pass from Kalou to Drogba. Tottenham break and win a corner which is headed away by Luiz.
    4/15/2012 6:13:13 PM
  • 56 min: GOAL! Bale for Tottenham.
    4/15/2012 6:14:40 PM
  • 57 min: Adebayor breaks free of Luiz and is one-on-one with Cech. He taps it round the on rushing keeper and is then taken down by Cech. Bale is there to tap the ball in. Tottenham fans calling for Cech to be sent off - if the ref hadn't allowed play to go on surely Cech would be shown red.
    4/15/2012 6:16:28 PM
  • 58 min: Luiz has been down injured since the goal and is being taken off on a stretcher. Cahill is coming on.
    4/15/2012 6:17:10 PM
  • 59 min: Atkinson keeps Cech on the pitch - he doesn't even book the Chelsea keeper. We're underway again here. Game on...
    4/15/2012 6:18:26 PM

    4/15/2012 6:19:37 PM
  • 64 min: Lennon breaks for Spurs before finding Walker on the right. He gives it to Adebayor who is able to turn inside the box and get a shot away, but it's too weak and Chelsea win the ball back.
    4/15/2012 6:22:57 PM
  • 66 min: Fine passing from Spurs before Walker puts in a shocker of a cross that goes out for a goal-kick.
    4/15/2012 6:24:31 PM
  • 68 min: The game has tightened up a little bit since Spurs pulled one back. Just before they scored it was real end to end stuff with a goal looking imminent - in the end it came for Tottenham - certainly deserved considering the nature of Chelsea's second.
    4/15/2012 6:26:51 PM
  • 69 min: Fine tackle by King denies Drogba who was primed to shoot on the edge of the six yard box. From the resulting corner Cahill shoots but it's over.
    4/15/2012 6:28:39 PM
  • 70 min: Chelsea come again with the ball pinging around the Spurs box. They can't get a decent shot off though.
    4/15/2012 6:29:53 PM
  • 72 min: Bale breaks and wins a corner. Spurs win another. And then another! Chelsea finally deal with it and play stops so Drogba can receive some treatment. How many times have we seen the Chelsea striker go down without anything appearing to happen?
    4/15/2012 6:31:45 PM
  • 74 min: Van der Vaart has gone off to be replaced by Defoe.
    4/15/2012 6:33:05 PM
  • 76 min: Drogba gets the better of King and bears down on Cudicini, with the keeper knocking it behind for a corner - which comes to nothing.
    4/15/2012 6:34:37 PM
  • 78 min: GOAL! Ramires for Chelsea.
    4/15/2012 6:35:34 PM
  • 78 min: A wonderful dinked chip by Mata puts Ramires in, who then finishes wonderfully by flicking it over Cudicini. Great goal and surely Chelsea are in to the final now...
    4/15/2012 6:36:47 PM
  • 80 min: What can Tottenham come up with now? Bale and Lennon are pushed right up the pitch and the Whites are flooding forward. They will inevitably leave gaps at the back - as they did just then. Gallas in the end brings Drogba down to snuff out the Chelsea attack. He's booked.
    4/15/2012 6:38:53 PM
  • 81 min: GOAL! Lampard for Chelsea.
    4/15/2012 6:39:22 PM
  • 82 min: From the free-kick given away by Gallas, Lampard scores. From about 40 yards, out to the left hand side, Lampard curls it into the top right corner. Incredible free-kick.
    4/15/2012 6:40:36 PM
  • 83 min: Malouda has come on for Ramires as Tottenham fans begin to flood out of Wembley. Defoe shoots from the edge of the box but it's tame.
    4/15/2012 6:41:45 PM
  • 84 min: Torres is on for Drogba, who gets a standing ovation from Chelsea's fans.
    4/15/2012 6:42:30 PM
  • 86 min: Tottenham need three goals in five minutes - yet Chelsea looking the most likely to score at the moment. Chelsea fans now goading the Tottenham section of support - which is looking very thin now.
    4/15/2012 6:44:49 PM
  • 87 min: Torres is brought down by Parker on the left hand side. Chelsea take it short and begin to knock it around as they aim to run down the clock without any drama.
    4/15/2012 6:46:20 PM
  • 89 min: This game is well and truly over. Tottenham aren't even pushing and Chelsea very nearly scored again. The ref should just blow the whistle now. It wouldn't be the first controversial decision he made today.
    4/15/2012 6:48:14 PM
  • 90 min: Adebayor does well before lunging in on Cahill and getting himself booked. 5 minutes of added time will be played.
    4/15/2012 6:49:35 PM
  • 90 + 2 min: Obi Mikel drops to the floor before springing to his feet to have words with Parker. Hand bags here from both teams. Parker is going to be booked for the original challenge.
    4/15/2012 6:51:01 PM

    4/15/2012 6:53:22 PM
  • FT: It's over here at Wembley. The full-time whistle goes and Chelsea will play Liverpool in the 2012 FA Cup final after beating Tottenham 5-1.
    4/15/2012 6:54:33 PM
  • FT: So in the end convincing stuff from Chelsea but the scoreline doesn't tell the story. Chelsea went ahead in the first half through a fantastic goal from Drogba, despite Spurs being the better of the two sides. The turning point was the second goal for Chelsea, awarded to Mata despite the ball being nowhere near over the line. A crazy decision from Martin Atkinson.
    4/15/2012 6:56:34 PM
  • FT: Tottenham pulled one back through Bale and we had a game on our hands. The next goal would be all important, and Ramires got it for Chelsea. They followed it up a couple of minutes later with a wonder free-kick from Lampard. It was all over then, but Chelsea rubbed salt in Tottenham's wounds by getting a fifth through Malouda in injury time.
    4/15/2012 6:58:52 PM
  • FT: So Chelsea will play Liverpool in the final here next month. We'll be here for that, so please join us then. Good night!
