Premier League - LIVE

  • 83 mins - Chelsea 1 Arsenal 0: Arsene Wenger's men are rolling the dice somewhat, piling men forward at every set-piece. Laurent Koscielny, of all people, marauds up field but loses the ball and the move breaks down. Can nine-man Arsenal pull off a stunning late equaliser?
    9/19/2015 1:30:27 PM
  • 88 mins - Chelsea 1 Arsenal 0: Perhaps unsurprisingly, it is a case of 'what we have, we keep' for Chelsea as the visitors huff and puff. It may come back to bite them, however, as Arsenal showcase their ability on the break.
    9/19/2015 1:35:23 PM
  • GOOAALL!! Chelsea 2 Arsenal 0 - Calum Chambers OG.

90 mins: Eden Hazard grabs the ball by the scruff of its neck and wallops it towards goal, after a period of ping ball in the Arsenal box, before watching it go in off Calum Chambers' elbow. That will be that, for Jose Mourinho and Chelsea. Job done. But who will be given the goal?

    9/19/2015 1:35:51 PM
  • FIVE MINUTES ADDED TIME.
    9/19/2015 1:37:48 PM

  • FT: Chelsea 2 Arsenal 0.

Kurt Zouma's header and a Calum Chambers own goal handed Chelsea with a gratefully received three points as they saw off nine-man Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger treated the TV cameras to a rare handshake before kick-off but their new-found romance ended as Diego Costa conspired to get Gabriel sent off before the break. Zouma nodded the Blues ahead before Santi Cazorla was dismissed for a second booking.

No handshake at full-time as Wenger marches down into the tunnel.

    9/19/2015 1:42:03 PM

  • Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger: "I would not like to be Mike Dean tonight. Costa twice should be sent off. He hits him in the face in purpose. In every game he has aggravation and he gets away with it because of the weakness of the referee. We knew before the game he is only looking at that.

"Gabriel should not have responded at all but the two sending offs for us and Costa staying on the pitch is a shame."

    9/19/2015 2:03:15 PM

  • We're under way in the 3pm kick offs! Here is all the action we've got in store:

    Aston Villa vs West Brom
    Bournemouth vs Sunderland
    Newcastle vs Watford
    Stoke vs Leicester City
    Swansea vs Everton

    9/19/2015 2:05:18 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Bournemouth 1 Sunderland 0 - Callum Wilson

2 mins: It's a nightmarish start for the Black Cats as newly-promoted Bournemouth go one-up straight away. Callum Wilson, you imagine, will be the reason the Cherries stay up - if indeed they do pull off that remarkable feat.
    9/19/2015 2:05:45 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Bournemouth 2 Sunderland 0 - Matt Ritchie

9 mins: What a hit from Matt Ritchie to double the hosts advantage as Sunderland already look out of sight! Can they salvage anything from this? Dick Advocaat looks furious on the sidelines as the North East side capitulate again.

    9/19/2015 2:09:35 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Newcastle United 0 Watford 1 - Odion Ighalo

11 mins: It's the man who scored the winner against Swansea to put the Hornets ahead at St James' Park. Odion Ighalo will be vital for the newly-promoted side.

    9/19/2015 2:12:27 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Stoke City 1 Leicester City 0 - Bojan

13 mins: Despite a hurried start by the visitors, it's Stoke who take the lead at the Britannia. Bojan puts the Potters ahead and that just might kick-start their season. The last time he scored for Stoke? Against Leicester in January.
    9/19/2015 2:15:03 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Stoke City 2 Leicester City 0 - Jon Walters

20 mins: It's all going wrong for in-form Leicester City as Jon Walters fires Stoke into a two-goal lead and Mark Hughes' men are running riot at the moment. Can the Foxes halt them in their tracks?

    9/19/2015 2:25:06 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Newcastle United 0 Watford 2 - Odion Ighalo.

28 mins: It just gets worse for Steve McClaren. The former Derby County manager described the start to their season as 'a carcrash' and Newcastle have just gone two-down against Watford. Odion Ighalo, of course.

    9/19/2015 2:29:06 PM

  • GOOAALL! Aston Villa - West Brom 1 - Saido Berhaino

38 mins: It is perhaps the most fortuitous goal he has ever scored but West Brom's bad boy Saido Berahino has began to redeem himself by putting the Baggies ahead with a toe poke at Villa Park.

    9/19/2015 2:39:47 PM

  • Premier League half-time scores:

Aston Villa 0 West Brom 1

  • GOOAALL!! Stoke 2 Leicester City 1 - Riyad Mahrez (pen)

51 mins: Danny Drinkwater is hauled to the floor in the penalty area and the referee hands Leicester City with the perfect opportunity to get back in this match. Riyad Mahrez steps up against Jack Butland and sends the England goalkeeper the wrong way. Can the comeback kings do it yet again?

    9/19/2015 3:07:30 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Newcastle 1 Watford 2 - Daryl Janmaat

62 mins: Steve McClaren has a lifeline from an unexpected source as Daryl Janmaat pulls a goal back at St James' Park. This will be a huge test of Watford's Premier League credentials now. Can they hold onto their advantage?

    9/19/2015 3:20:12 PM

  • GOOAALL!! Stoke 2 Leicester City 2 - Jamie Vardy

69 mins: They've done it again! After being second best in the first half, Leicester City pull it level as Jamie Vardy hits it past Jack Butland and now the momentum is with Claudio Ranieri's men to go on and win it.

    9/19/2015 3:26:26 PM

  • Bournemouth 2 Sunderland 0: RED CARD!

75 mins: It never rains, it pours. Sunderland aren't only have to wear that atrocious green kit. They're also two goals down. And they've just lost Younis Kaboul who is given his second booking.

    9/19/2015 3:33:15 PM
  • Manchester City vs West Ham team news:

    9/19/2015 3:35:13 PM

  • FT: Watford climbed into the top half of the Premier League table with a 2-1 victory over bottom Newcastle United while fellow North East side Sunderland surrendered to a 2-0 defeat at Bournemouth.

Leicester City remain unbeaten under Claudio Ranieri after yet another comeback saw them reverse a two-goal deficit to pick up a draw courtesy of strikes from Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy.

Saido Berahino, who pledged never to play for West Brom, guided the Baggies to a narrow win against Midlands rivals Aston Villa while Kevin Mirallas was sent off late on during a timid 0-0 draw between Everton and Swansea.

    FULL TIME PREMIER LEAGUE RESULTS:

    Chelsea 2 Arsenal 0 (early kick-off)

    Stoke 2 Leicester City 2
    Swansea 0 Everton 0
    9/19/2015 3:55:57 PM

  • Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has heaped praise on his unbeaten side after the 2-2 draw with Stoke City, but not before picking them up on the 'mistakes' which saw them trail at the Britannia.

The Italian said: "It's the fourth time we've had to come from behind. We always believe, but it's not always possible. We must concentrate. We started well, but there were mistakes and they scored."

We never gave up and had the right spirit that I like. It's good that we're still unbeaten.

    Everyone is working hard.
You can afford mistakes, but not to repeat them.
    9/19/2015 4:17:01 PM
  • Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores was delighted with his side after they beat Newcastle for their second straight Premier League win.

“We deserved it because we played really well," he said. "We have a very positive mentality and we always think we can win games."

I am really pleased we have so much confidence. We are building a new team but we are playing as if we have played together for a long time.

  • 8 mins - Man City 0 West Ham 1: Kevin De Bruyne picks out a pass into the path of Sergio Aguero but the Argentine, who side-steps Adrian on the outskirts of the City box, can't get his effort on target and West Ham escape a major scare.

  • 27 mins - Man City 0 West Ham 1: The unhappiness is audible around the Etihad as yet another Manchester City move breaks down with Jesus Navas being unable to see off Carl Jenkinson down the right flank.
