Southampton 0-3 Everton - FULL TIME! And that's the whistle!
    8/15/2015 1:38:32 PM
Southampton 0-3 Everton - FULL TIME! That was an incredibly convincing performance from the Toffees and their first win at Southampton in 13 years. Despite sustaining a great deal of pressure from the Saints at the start of the second half, Everton managed to hold on to their 2-0 lead, thanks to a Lukaku brace, before securing the three points with a late Ross Barkley goal. That's just what the fans needed.

As for Southampton, questions will inevitably be raised over their back four. That's five goals conceded from the first two games of the season. They wasted a number of chances and failed to match Everton's desire throughout. A well earned win for the Toffees.
