Maccabi Tel Aviv vs Chelsea LIVE

56mins: More good play from Maccabi, Chelsea really need to step it up a level. They are way too casual all over the pitch and Ben Chaim gets a bit of space on the left. After turning Cahill he crosses, then gets another chance to do so but neither is dangerous enough to worry the Blue defence.

57mins: Delightful ball from Fabregas into the inside right channel releases Azpilicueta, he cuts back but neither Oscar or Costa can get on the end of a decent ball.
    11/24/2015 9:00:57 PM
58mins: Nemanja Matic into the book for a trip.

From the free-kick the ball is floated into the far post but it's just out of reach of Perez. He should not be getting that kind of space at all, poor marking from Cahill.
    11/24/2015 9:03:41 PM
60mins: Fabregas getting all kinds of time and space to pick his passes, he sweeps another ball out to the left for Baba, whose cross can't beat the first man but goes out for a corner.
    11/24/2015 9:05:18 PM
62mins: Two brilliant saves from Rajkovic keeps it at 1-0! The first comes from a half-volley by Eden Hazard and when the ball bounces out to the left, the ball is sent back to the far post where Azpilicueta volleys but it's another good reaction from the 20-year-old.
    11/24/2015 9:07:48 PM
63mins: Then, suddenly, Chelsea are exposed with Maccabi captain and star man Zahavi driving into the box.

His right-footed effort looks like it's going to end up in the bottom corner but Begovic hets the end of his finger to the ball and manages to turn it just wide. Three fantastic saves!
    11/24/2015 9:08:54 PM
69mins: Jose Mourinho is not happy with Eden Hazard. The Belgian player, excellent in the first half, has given the ball away a couple of times in the last five minutes and now the manager has decided enough is enough.

Off Hazard goes, replaced by Pedro. Seems a bit harsh although Hazard completely switched off for that big Dasa chance.
    11/24/2015 9:13:25 PM
72mins: John Terry has just been carried off on a stretcher and appears in some discomfort.

On comes Kurt Zouma for the captain. Not sure what the injury is just yet, looked a fairly innocuous challenge.
    11/24/2015 9:15:53 PM
    73mins: GOAL! Maccabi 0 Chelsea 2 (Willian)

He's at it again! The free-kick was delayed a long time while John Terry was being seen to giving Willian an age to decide what to do.

And the Brazilian doesn't disappoint, the ball is in the perfect place on the field to be hit and what a strike it is. Straight into the bottom corner.
    11/24/2015 9:16:32 PM
75mins: Chelsea immediately under pressure however, with Baba again caught up the field. Pedro gives away a free-kick but it's hit straight into the first man.
    11/24/2015 9:18:56 PM
    77mins: GOAL! Maccabi 0 Chelsea 3 (Oscar)

Baba hasn't had a good game defensively but the left-back showed what an attacking threat he has the potential to become. He picks the ball up and after one touch to set himself whips in an unstoppable cross that Oscar just has to meet to score. Excellent.
    11/24/2015 9:20:16 PM
79mins: Chelsea make their final change with Loic Remy coming on for Willian.
    11/24/2015 9:22:10 PM
84mins: Cesc Fabregas is booked after a really needless challenge late on, this game is dead and buried but the Spaniard ran the risk of a red after going studs up after losing the ball.
    11/24/2015 9:28:06 PM
88mins: More sloppy defending from the Blues, as Chelsea fall asleep on a short corner and Carlos Garcia beats Zouma to the front post - his header is well over the top, however.
    11/24/2015 9:34:05 PM
    91mins: GOAL! Maccabi 0 Chelsea 4 (Zouma)

Diego Costa has a shot blocked out for a corner, Oscar whips in a great ball and Kurt Zouma is too big and strong to handle, the centre-back powering a header right through the goalkeeper Rajkovic.
    11/24/2015 9:34:39 PM
A draw for Chelseain the next game at home to Porto would mean that the Blues would win Group G.
    11/24/2015 9:36:01 PM
    FULL-TIME: Maccabi 0 Chelsea 4
    11/24/2015 9:37:21 PM
Pretty comfortable evening for the Blues in the end, thanks to old boy Tal Ben Haim getting himself needlessly sent off in the first half. Set-pieces certainly had a big hand in the game as well, with Chelsea scoring three of their four goals from the dead ball.

All Mourinho's team need is a draw from their final match.
