  • Why would Ronaldo not take a shot early on?
    6/27/2012 9:28:51 PM
  • FT: A big talking point will be that Ronaldo was saved to take the last penalty. In the end he never got to take it. Should he have taken his penalty earlier? Was he saving himself for the possible 'glory kick'?
    6/27/2012 9:30:16 PM
  • ronaldo should have taken the 1st shot
    6/27/2012 9:30:30 PM
  • FT: Overall, you'd have to say Spain deserved it, but only just. In 90 minutes it was an even match but they completely dominated extra-time and came close to winning it before it went to penalties.
    6/27/2012 9:31:37 PM
  • FT: For all the pre-match talk about Ronaldo, he was unable to shape the result. He didn't have many chances, but he'll look back on those missed free-kicks and that late chance inside the 90 minutes.
